She values genuine connections and takes pride in walking alongside residents during their time at the community, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and at home. Outside of the office, McKenah loves spending time with her family and friends and is a proud dog mom to her sweet pup, Charlie—her self-proclaimed firstborn. When she’s not at work, you’ll likely find her staying active at the gym or enjoying time outdoors. Outside of the office, Adelmary enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her furry bestie, Dominic. Whether she’s exploring somewhere new or relaxing with her pup, she brings that same joy and positive energy back to the community each day. What Alexa enjoys most about her role is the supportive, uplifting environment created by her team and manager, along with the strong sense of community shared with residents. She loves being part of a place where people feel welcomed, valued, and truly at home—and she takes pride in contributing to that positive experience for everyone she meets. Outside of work, Alexa is a big matcha and coffee fan who’s always excited to try new cafés and plan her next adventure. She’s also a devoted animal lover with four dogs who keep life fun and full. When she has downtime, you’ll often find her shopping at TJ Maxx or HomeGoods, discovering the little things that make everyday moments feel special.
Taylor Love

Meet our Leasing Consultant, Taylor Love! Taylor brings positive energy, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping others to The Crest at Oakwood. What Taylor loves most about her role is meeting people from all walks of life and guiding them through the exciting milestone of finding a home that truly fits their needs and lifestyle. She finds it incredibly rewarding to be part of that journey and takes pride in creating a seamless, enjoyable experience from tour to move-in. Beyond the leasing process, Taylor enjoys the everyday moments—whether it’s chatting with residents grabbing coffee, heading to the gym, or relaxing in the clubhouse. Building real connections and fostering a welcoming atmosphere is what makes her role so meaningful. Before joining the team, Taylor lived in Tampa, Florida, where she worked in production for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. She still has a passion for creativity and continues photography on the side whenever she can. She’s also a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast—an iced brown sugar espresso is her go-to order—and loves spending quality time with friends and family whenever she’s off the clock. Taylor can’t wait to show you around and help you find your perfect fit at The Crest at Oakwood.

Meet our Maintenance Supervisor, Jose Salgado! With a hands-on approach and a passion for problem-solving, Jose plays a key role in keeping The Crest at Oakwood running smoothly and beautifully. What Jose enjoys most about his role is tackling challenges and going above and beyond to ensure residents have the best possible experience in their homes. He takes pride in maintaining the community and making sure every detail contributes to a comfortable, well-cared-for place to live. Outside of work, Jose is a big animal lover and enjoys staying active at the gym. In his free time, he also loves catching new movies and exploring the many great restaurants around Oakwood. Jose is excited to welcome you and help make The Crest at Oakwood feel like home from day one!

Meet our Maintenance Technician, Juan Urdaneta! Juan has been part of The Management Group team for several years and was thrilled to join The Crest at Oakwood from the very beginning, helping bring the community to life. Juan enjoys working alongside his team and takes pride in being part of such a beautiful, well-maintained community. He especially loves that The Crest at Oakwood is pet-friendly and offers great amenities that residents can truly enjoy. Being able to contribute to a space that feels welcoming and comfortable for everyone is what makes his role so rewarding.
